Moments after pressing the "complete order" button to finalize your transaction, you should see a receipt page with "Your order id is ..." in big letters.  If you do not see this page, It is very likely you never completed the transaction.  Make sure that you have cookies enabled for our site. 

Next (within minutes), an email will be sent using the email address you specified in your original registration. It contains a receipt with your order id and record of purchase and the ebook download link which should be clicked to begin the ebook download

To ensure these important emails are received and you can access your ebook(s), please add our domain to your safe senders list or address book. Our email may be in your "SPAM" folder.

You can also download your books from your bookshelf.
